Academic

On the academic front, extra classes and remedial classes were going on for grade XII students after the school. School teachers are staying back to provide subject specific help to all grades. Prep hours for other classes were also going on in the school.

Lab activity

Students of class 9A and 9B did a lab activity in connection with lesson" Floatation..." verified the Archimedes principle using eureka can, measuring cylinder, beaker and water. Students understood the principle and related it to know why objects float or sink in liquids when immersed. They even observed that an object when immersed in water losses its weight.





Students of class 6 CBSE did an activity in connection with "light....".They identified the given materials as opaque, transparent or translucent objects using a burning candle. Students defined opaque, transparent and translucent objects after the activity and enjoyed doing the activity.



Students of class 8 CBSE did an activity related to lesson "sound..." using a slinky, they observed longitudinal and transverse waves. They studied the wave properties like Amplitude and frequency. They even observed compressions and refractions.



SPORTS & FITNESS

Academic learning and Sports Education are, actually, the complementariness of each other. They are the two sides of the same coin. If total education makes full development of the over-all personality of a pupil possible, he gets the qualities of leadership, tolerance, sharing and team-spirit from sports.
