morning exercise & sports
Exercising in the morning is a wonderful way to create a positive routine and provides many added benefits beyond just keeping you fit. Exercising increases your productivity and gets your endorphins going. You will be more awake and ready to tackle your day by giving yourself that extra energy boost. Working out can increase your mental clarity for many hours post-exercise.

Star Sports Pro-Kabaddi Competition
This weekend children went to Rajiv Gandhi Port Trust Indoor Stadium to see the Kabaddi matches between Telugu Titans vs Bengaluru Bulls and Bangal Warriors vs Jaipur Panthers. Both the matches were very exciting and were telecasted live on Star Sports channel.
